What it covers

After a Lightning build, the Care plan keeps the site running and current without you having to think about it.

• Hosting on Cloudflare’s global edge — free SSL, free CDN, real uptime
• Security patches and monitoring — I get the alert, you don’t
• Monthly content updates — text, images, opening hours, holiday closures
• 24-hour turnaround on small changes — most done within the hour during business hours
• Annual review — once a year I look at what’s gone stale and suggest small fixes
• Backups — daily, restorable, kept off-platform

Pricing

• $99/mo standard — no minimum term, cancel any time
• $49/mo intro — first three months for clients who sign up at Lightning delivery, then $99/mo
• No setup fee. No “exit fee.” No lock-in.

What it doesn’t cover

• New page builds — that’s a fresh Lightning or Refresh
• E-commerce growth tasks — separate scope
• Anything that takes more than two hours in a single month — I’ll quote it before doing it

Why month-to-month

Lock-ins are how small agencies make money from clients who’ve stopped caring. I’d rather you cancel than feel trapped. If the site stops being worth $99 a month, tell me, and we’ll either fix that or part friends.
