What it is

A one-page audit of your existing website (or your missing one), with three concrete things I’d fix and three ranked recommendations. Personal, not template. Delivered in person if I’m walking your street, or texted as a link.

What I check

For sites with a website:

• Mobile performance — does it load in under 3 seconds on Bendigo 4G?
• HTTPS / SSL — does Chrome flag your site as “Not Secure”?
• Click-to-call from mobile — can a customer dial without copying digits?
• Schema and Google profile linkage — does Maps know you’re real?
• Page weight, single H1, meta description, footer freshness

For businesses without a website:

• What competitors in your suburb are doing on Google for your search terms
• The “open goal” cost — how many calls you’re likely missing each week
• The minimum viable site that would change that
