The short version

I build websites for Bendigo businesses, fast, for a fixed price. The deal:

• Lightning site: $1,000, same-day delivery (brief sign-off by 10am, live by 5pm same day). If I don’t ship by 5pm, you don’t pay.
• Other products: Lightning Refresh, Lightning + Bookings, Sold-Out Sprint, Care Plan — prices and timeframes are on each service page.
• Care plan: $99/mo, month-to-month, cancel any time with 7 days’ notice.
• Free audits: are free. No invoice, no follow-up unless you want one.
• Code is yours. Hosting and domain are yours. I’ll happily hand them off the day you ask.
• I don’t use lock-ins. No “exit fees,” no minimum terms beyond Care being month-to-month.

Same-day guarantee — the fine print

The Lightning same-day promise applies when:

1. You sign off the brief in writing or email by 10am on the build day.
2. You’re available for the 3pm walk-through.
3. Required content (logo, photos, copy you want me to use, login to your domain registrar) is supplied by 10am.

If I miss 5pm because of something within my control, you don’t pay. If we miss 5pm because content didn’t arrive, we reschedule.

Liability

I’ll do my best. I can’t guarantee specific outcomes like search rankings, sales volume, or downstream business results — too many variables outside the site. I do guarantee the site itself loads, works on phones, and meets the scope we agreed.

If something I built breaks because of my work, I’ll fix it on the next business day at no charge, indefinitely. If it breaks because Cloudflare went down or a third-party service changed an API, I’ll still help — sometimes at no charge, sometimes quoted.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute we can’t sort with a coffee will be heard in Bendigo or Melbourne courts.

Changes

If terms change for new clients I’ll update this page. Existing engagements keep the terms we signed under.
