Who I am

Golden Square Digital (“GSD”, “I”, “Daniel”) is operated by Daniel from Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. Contact: hq@gsdbendigo.com.au.

What I collect

When you fill out the contact form or send me an email, I receive your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and the brief you wrote. I keep those messages in my inbox so I can reply and serve you.

When you load this website, my hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring page. These are retained for ~30 days for security and abuse prevention.

I do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or behavioural profiling. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Hotjar. No cookies are set by this site beyond what Cloudflare’s edge security uses for bot mitigation.

How I use what I collect

Only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work you’ve engaged me for. I don’t sell your data, share it with marketing partners, or feed it into mailing lists. I don’t have a mailing list.

How long I keep it

Inbox messages are retained as long as the working relationship makes them useful. If you ask me to delete a message, I will, within 7 days.

Your rights

Under Australian Privacy Principles you can request a copy of any personal information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Email me and I’ll handle it inside a week.

Changes

If this page changes I’ll update the date at the top. The current version is always the one shown on this URL.
